ResumeFlows offers users ("you" or "your") the ability to generate resumes using AI-powered technology. Generating resumes consumes tokens, which are acquired through purchase. The resumes generated can be used by you in any manner you choose.

3. License and Use of Generated Resumes

3.1 Grant of License

ResumeFlows grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the resumes generated through our services. This license allows you to:

Create Unlimited Resumes: You may generate and use an unlimited number of resumes for personal or commercial purposes. Personal and Commercial Use: Use the generated resumes for any lawful purpose, including employment applications, personal branding, or professional services offered to clients. Modify and Derive Works: You may modify the content of the generated resumes and create derivative works based on them.

3.2 User Responsibilities

Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate and use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of the resumes generated for your specific needs. Intellectual Property Rights: You must ensure that the content included in your resumes does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

3.3 Restrictions

Account Sharing: You may not share your account or access credentials with any other parties. Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems. Resale of Services: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to our services or any generated content to third parties.

4. Token Purchases and Payments

Token Consumption: Generating resumes consumes tokens, which must be purchased in advance. Purchases Final: All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for tokens or services at any time without prior notice.

5. Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, ResumeFlows does not offer refunds for any token purchases or services rendered. All sales are final.

6. Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. No Warranty: ResumeFlows does not warrant that the services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Limitation of Damages: In no event shall ResumeFlows be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the services. Maximum Liability: ResumeFlows's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to ResumeFlows for the services in question.

ResumeFlows reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the United States for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.
